How high above the rim do you need to be to windmill dunk?

Ive been trying to windmill for abit, and I dont know whether its because Im not getting high enough or because Im not coordinated in doing the windmill, but right now I can touch like 10′10…maybe on a good day 11 feet so I think that should be high enough…but it just could be because I dont know how to windmill. Windmill with enough practice but it wont even look that great try doing some jump training read this.
