Does anyone know how to change a decorative windmill into a windmill that will create electricity?

I have a neighbor who has an ornamental windmill. I asked him if he used it for electricity. He said he wished he could. I’m an electrical engineer but I can not find a kit to retrofit an ornamental windmill into an electrical device.

Any suggestions?

    Windmill turninstead of the batterys power for whatever make sure its not hooked up so.
