    bigger blades more power.

    Probably power is proportional to blade length squared, ie, proportional to the area swept by the blades.

    Eg, GE 3.5 MW has swept area of 9677 m²
    GE 1.5 MW has swept area of 3904 or 4657 m² (2 different models)
