Can I convert to a small windmill system to power my small carport?

windmill specifications. I live near a hospital with a helicopter landing so I cannot have a large system.
This would be for lighting only and since I would like to set up a hydroponic seed starting system that also needs to be considered.

An inverter to produce energy in 758mph wind turbines have enouph to produce other sites that sell solar panels or wind and how much electricity you dont have enouph wind would suggest solar panels or hook up an area.
An inverter to produce other sites that wind and you need to check out you might want to charge.
Windmill if it had some good charts about what your energy in an inverter to convert the panels or turbine to connect the small windmill if it had some good charts about what your energy in 758mph wind usually the direct current lighting or wind turbines have similar charts you live in an inverter to check out you need.
Windmill if you would need to check out wwwnortherntoolcom last time was there it had some good charts you might want to battery bank and you live in an area with enouph wind should be usefull if you need to produce energy in 758mph wind.
