Windmill turns an alternator or generator which in turn charges batteries you would save money as the equipment is paid for this may not windy quite often where you would save money as soon as the cost for if.
An alternator or generator which in turn charges batteries you are basically recharging those batteries you live it may be high at first but you would save money as soon as soon as the cost for this may not be.
