Today there are many products out there for home and commercial use that are small and have a low. Prices start at about $5000 for a unit that will power an average home. These units are vertical turbines and have even been spotlighted on the show ‘Living with Ed’. They are not your typical windmills but rather look like a squirrel cage turned on its edge sitting on top of a pole.

I hope to buy one next year.

wind power creates electricity, and electricity can power anything and everything that are required in any of the three types of buildings and more.
