Where can I find a painting of the Moulin Rouge Windmill?

I saw this painitng at Target, and I was going to return to the store to buy the painting, but now they are sold out. I have no idea who the artist is, or if it was a random artist. Does anyone know of any painting that has the Moulin Rouge Windmill as a center piece? The background was yellow, brown, and gray, with the red windmill in the center with the words “Moulin Rouge”. Thanks!

Windmill including maurice leyendre hundreds of other artists painted it still looked like windmill including maurice utrillo its bit sleazy now.
